If documents are found false after engagement, the engagement will be terminated immediately. • APEDA may require a Statement of Good Health from a recognised physician before work starts. • Before engagement, the Associate must submit a police verification report from the concerned police station and a medical-cum-fitness certificate from an authorised Medical Practitioner. • The Associate will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923, and must not use APEDA's name, emblem or official seal without prior written permission. • In case of death, injury or illness while serving APEDA, the Associate or next of kin is not entitled to any compensation or appointment. • The Associate must comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
