- Each DCCB recruits only for its own district's requirements, so candidates must be local to the erstwhile district of the post they are applying for. Selected candidates are required to execute a Contract Bond with a liability of ₹2,00,000, agreeing to serve the Bank continuously for a minimum period of 2 years; this bond condition applies to both Staff Assistant and Assistant Manager appointees.

The application fee/intimation charges (non-refundable) are the same across all six DCCBs and both posts, and must be paid online only. Exam Pattern
The online test for Staff Assistant and Assistant Manager (open market candidates) will be conducted in English, carries 200 marks, and has a composite duration of 2 hours (120 minutes). There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer; unattempted questions carry no penalty. Candidates can apply only through the official website of the DCCB corresponding to the post/district they wish to apply for, and only during the online registration window. Follow the steps below: • Visit the official website of the concerned DCCB (Chittoor, Kadapa, Nellore, Prakasam, Visakhapatnam, or Vizianagaram DCCB, as applicable). • Click on the "Apply Online" link on the homepage. • Select "Click here for New Registration" and enter your name, contact details, and email ID to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password. • Log in using the generated credentials and fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and other required details. • Upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the specified format and size. • Preview the application form carefully before final submission, since no correction is allowed after clicking "Completed Registration." • Pay the requisite application fee/intimation charges through the online payment gateway. • Submit the application and save/print the system-generated e-receipt and application form for your own records. Before starting the online registration, keep ready a scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature in black ink, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration in English, since these need to be uploaded during the application process.

Important Instructions
