Salary
All notified posts - Record Assistant, Office Subordinate, Sweepers, Sweeper (Medical), Scavengers, Scavenger (Medical), Cooks, Dhobis and Barbers - carry a monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-. Leave benefits: Outsourcing staff are entitled to one casual leave per month. As per G.O.Ms.No. 17, Finance (HR-I-Plg-Policy) Department, dated 31.01.2019, married women employees working on an outsourcing basis are eligible for 180 days of paid maternity leave, equivalent to their existing remuneration, along with applicable statutory benefits such as EPF and ESI.

How to Apply
• Obtain the application form from the Commandant, 7th (IR)BN, APSP, Maddipadu, Prakasam District. • Fill in the application completely and attach all required self-attested documents. • Submit the application in person (walk-in by the candidate) or by post at the Office of the Commandant, 7th (IR)BN, APSP, Maddipadu, Prakasam District, on or before 11.09.2026. • Ensure a valid Aadhar number and a working mobile number/e-mail ID are provided, as these are mandatory. Self-attested copies of the following documents must be enclosed with the filled-in application: • Filled-in application form with a latest passport-size photo affixed • Attested copy of SSC (or equivalent) marks memo • Attested copies of marks memos of all years of the qualifying examination • Attested copies of Provisional/Permanent certificate of qualification • Attested copy of permanent registration certificate of the respective council/board (where applicable) • Attested copy of the latest caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates) • Attested copy of the latest EWS certificate (for OC candidates claiming EWS) • Attested copies of study certificates from Class IV to X • Attested copy of experience certificate (if applicable) • Attested copy of Aadhar certificate (mandatory) If the caste/EWS certificate is not enclosed, the candidate will be treated under the Open Category. Important Instructions
• The selected candidates must serve at least one year from the date of appointment. Resigning within one year (unless taking up a permanent government job) requires forfeiting Rs. 10,000/- to the Government and submitting an affidavit/bond to this effect. • Selection is on an outsourcing basis; selected candidates will not be regarded as members of the regular service and have no preferential right to any other government appointment. • Appointment may be terminated at any time during service for administrative reasons. • Outsourcing staff must reside at the Bonafide Headquarters and remain available 24 hours on call during emergencies. • No private practice is allowed during the contract period. • Disciplinary control is as per the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991, and other applicable AP State Government outsourcing employee rules. • Merely securing minimum qualifying marks does not confer any right to selection. • Candidates who don't provide working contact numbers, or whose phones are switched off/out of network/unanswered when the department calls for the skill test, will be marked absent and removed from the eligible candidates list; the skill test cannot be rescheduled. • Furnishing false information or suppressing information in the application or enclosures will lead to summary rejection and may result in prosecution as well as debarment from this and future recruitments. • In case two or more candidates secure equal total marks, the elder candidate (by age) will be given pr…
