The application form can be filled only in online mode on the AMU Careers Portal, https://careers.amuonline.ac.in. After submitting the form online, the printed copy must be submitted to the University Polytechnic. Applicants must follow all the instructions in the advertisement and in the User Manual available on the Careers Portal. Self-attested copies of the following documents must be enclosed with the employment form for all teaching posts in the University: • High School Certificate from a Recognized Board • Mark-sheet and Degree of Graduation • Mark-sheet and Degree of Post-Graduation • Certificate of NET, JRF, SLET/SET, CSIR, etc. as the case may be • M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree wherever applicable • Experience Certificates wherever applicable • Mark sheets/transcripts of all semesters, for scrutiny of the relevant branch (Annexure I) • Disability Certificate on the prescribed proforma (Appendix-I), for PwD candidates If the self-attested copies are not enclosed, the employment application form will be summarily rejected.
Important Instructions
• A separate Application Form is to be filled for each post listed under a different serial number of the advertisement. • Applications received late, without supporting documents (Degrees, Certificates, Mark Sheets, Experience Certificate etc.), or not attested by the Head of the Department, Institution, a Gazetted Officer or self-attested will be summarily rejected. Forms submitted in any other office or after the last date will not be accepted. • The University will not be responsible for any late receipt or non-receipt of the Application Form. • Incomplete Application Forms or applications on plain paper will not be entertained. • Requests to add any document or information to the form after the last date will not be entertained. • The University reserves the right to alter, correct or cancel the advertisement in full or in part without giving reasons.
