The number of posts indicated against each combined designation is the total across both levels (regular and Senior); the level-wise composition will be determined by the outcome of the selection process. Salary
Post: Monthly Salary (Rs.) Frontend Developer / Sr. Frontend Developer: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 85,000 Backend Developer / Sr. Backend Developer: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 85,000 CMS Developer (Drupal Headless) / Sr. CMS Developer: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 85,000 Content Manager: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 55,000 Database Administrator / Sr. Database Administrator: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 90,000 Graphic Designer: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 55,000 The remuneration will be fixed by the Selection Committee based on the candidate's assessed technical proficiency, relevant experience, and performance in the Technical/Practical Assessment and Viva-Voce, as applicable to the post. Candidates demonstrating exceptional skill may be offered remuneration at the higher end of the band, irrespective of length of experience beyond the minimum eligibility criteria.

Selection Process
Online applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and educational qualification. The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on recruitment.amtron.in, and shortlisted candidates will additionally be intimated by email. • For Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, CMS Developer, and Database Administrator posts: Technical/Practical Assessment along with Viva-Voce • For Content Manager and Graphic Designer posts: Viva-Voce along with a review of portfolio/work samples Final selection is based on performance in the Technical/Practical Assessment and Viva-Voce (as applicable), educational qualification, and relevant work experience. Assignment of the Senior (Sr.) designation additionally requires a minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience, as decided solely by the Selection Committee. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the selection process.
