Eligibility
• The applicant must have a minimum of 05 (five) years of professional practice in the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad. • The professional practice of the applicant must not exceed 20 (twenty) years. • Mandatory submission of details of the total number of criminal cases filed and argued (all the criminal case types) for the last 02 years in the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad. • The applicant must have filed a minimum of ten (10) criminal cases in each of the last two (02) years, with orders/judgement copies in the said cases. • Mandatory declaration whether the above-mentioned criminal cases were filed and/or argued by the applicant in his/her own name, separately and independently, and not in the name of his/her Senior, before this Hon'ble Court at Allahabad.

• The application form is available for download at the official website of Hon'ble High Court www.allahabadhighcourt.in. • The Applicants may download the form and fill it up digitally in Font Calibre, Font Size 9.5. • It is mandatory to fill all the details required in the form except the Form Number which is to be filled in during the submission of the final Form at the prescribed counter. • If the Applicant has submitted "NO" as an answer to the Criminal Record History, they may not fill up the subsequent table seeking for description of Criminal Records. • The Complete Form need to be forwarded by the Secretary/President Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh/ High Court Bar Association, Allahabad/ Advocates' Association, Allahabad. • The Final Complete Form is to be submitted at the office of J.R./D.R. (Admin) Chamber, High Court, Allahabad [8th Floor, Annexe Building] at the earmarked Counter for the said purpose from the period 15.10.2026 to 31.10.2026.
