Post: Maximum Age Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 40 years Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 40 years Project Assistant: 45 years Speech & Hearing Assistant/Technician: 40 years The upper age limit is counted as on the date of the walk-in interview. The Director may relax the age limit in exceptional circumstances.
Application Fee
Category: Fee General, OBC and EWS: ₹140/- (including GST) SC/ST: ₹60/- (including GST) Women and PwBD: Exempted The fee is paid through the BHIM QR code printed in the notification. In the payment remarks or purpose of the transaction, write "Application fee for the post of ..." and "Application fee for the post code ...". On the application form, give the Transaction ID/UTR reference number and the date of payment, and attach proof of payment. Applications without the fee, or without a Transaction ID/UTR number, will be rejected.
Selection Process
Candidates are selected on their performance in the walk-in interview and on the needs of the particular project. The Selection Committee's decision is final, and no changes will be considered after the final selection. Candidates can take part in person at the venue or virtually.
How to Apply
• Download the application form (Appendix-1, "Application Form for DST/ARF/ALIMCO Project Positions") from www.aiishmysore.in. It is also printed in the official notification. • Fill in the form and paste a recent self-attested passport-size photograph. To apply for more than one post, list them in order of preference with their post codes. • Pay the fee by BHIM QR code and enter the Transaction ID/UTR, payment date and amount in the box on the form. • To attend in person, bring the form and self-attested copies of your certificates to the Dean (Research) cell, COE building, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore, on 5 November 2026. Submit the application before 9.30 AM. The interview starts at 10.30 AM. • To attend virtually, email a soft copy of the filled-in form and all supporting documents to [email protected] before 04:00 PM on 4 November 2026.
