Required Documents
• Duly attested photocopies of Confidential Reports (CRs) of the applicant for the last five years. • Vigilance Clearance Certificate, duly signed by an authorized officer, clearly stating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated against the officer. • Latest Salary Slip mentioning designation, grade pay, and pay level. • A statement showing minor/major penalties imposed on the officer, if any. • An Integrity Certificate for the officer recommended for deputation.
