Eligibility
• Qualification: 10th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT) + Two years' experience in Microbiology laboratory/ Tuberculosis Laboratory / relevant subject/field; Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject/field + two years' experience in Microbiology laboratory/ Tuberculosis Laboratory / relevant subject/field • Experience: Two years' experience in Microbiology laboratory/ Tuberculosis Laboratory / relevant subject/field • Age limit: Maximum 28 years Other conditions: • Distance educational qualification will not be considered. • Selection will not be an employment on AIIMS Raipur pay-roll. Desirable: • Experience in collection/ transport/ handling of clinical samples including sputum and saliva • Hands-on experience with handling of GeneXpert/ CBNAAT/TruNat / any PCR/RT PCR instrument • Hands-on experience in Sample processing for TB diagnosis by smear microscopy, culture in MGIT, GeneXpert and LPA • Maintenance of stocks, basic biosafety practices, accurate pipetting, preparation of media, autoclaving, and routine equipment operation • Maintenance of detailed lab notebooks, reagent logs, basic data entry and analysis
