Selection Process
The list of eligible or shortlisted applicants will be posted on the AIIMS website. The Institute may conduct a written or skill test if required, followed by an interview. The final selection list will also be posted on the website. The short list stays valid for one year from the date of publication of the result and is renewable accordingly. How to Apply
• Download the prescribed application form from the AIIMS Nagpur website. • Submit the completed application through the online Google Form. A valid email address and mobile number are compulsory. • Prepare a hard copy of the application with one set of self-attested photocopies of the documents listed below, in the same sequence. • Send the hard copy to Dr. Smita R Sorte, Room No. 118, Department of Physiology, First Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Nagpur, MIHAN, Khapri, Nagpur - 441108, Maharashtra. • Make sure the Google Form and application are received by the closing date, as late submissions will not be considered.
Required Documents
• One recent passport-size photograph. • Proof of identity: Aadhaar Card, Driving License or any other valid government-issued photo identity card. • Proof of date of birth: Birth Certificate, Class 10 Board Certificate or Aadhaar Card. • Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate. • B.Com. mark sheets for all years or semesters and the degree certificate. • M.Com., MBA (Finance) or equivalent higher-qualification mark sheets and degree certificate, if applicable. • Experience certificates in chronological order, oldest first. Each must clearly state the nature of work during the period of employment. • Any other relevant certificates or testimonials supporting the application. All these documents must also be brought in original for verification at the written test or interview. Reserved category candidates must produce their latest Caste Validity Certificate. OBC candidates must have a valid non-creamy layer certificate in the Government of India format for the current financial year. PWD candidates must produce a latest certificate from a medical board of a Government hospital showing not less than 40% disability.
