Eligibility
• Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical): Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees. For Engineering/IT/CS: Four-year Graduate Degree. Desirable: Laboratory/research experience in Clinical Bacteriology, particularly antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), broth microdilution (BMD), MIC determination, strain maintenance and related laboratory quality-control activities. • Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees. • For Engineering/IT/CS: Four-year Graduate Degree. • Desirable: Laboratory/research experience in Clinical Bacteriology, particularly antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), broth microdilution (BMD), MIC determination, strain maintenance and related laboratory quality-control activities. • Project Technical Support II: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/Engineering or equivalent) + five years' experience in relevant subject/field OR Three-year Graduate Degree in relevant subject/field + two years' experience in relevant subject/field. As per ICMR OM on rationalization of PTS-I/PTS-II eligibility (June 2026), candidates possessing a Post-Graduate degree in the relevant discipline are eligible without mandatory work experience; a Master's degree acquired beyond the prescribed Bachelor's qualification is treated at par with the required experience duration.
