Age Limit
Post: Maximum Age Professor: Not exceeding 58 years Additional Professor: Not exceeding 58 years Associate Professor: Not exceeding 50 years Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 50 years Age relaxation is available as follows: 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, 5 years for SC/ST post-reserved candidates, 3 years for OBC post-reserved candidates, and 5 years for Government servants as per DoPT instructions. No age relaxation is available to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying against unreserved vacancies. For deputation applicants, the maximum age is 56 years for posts other than Professor and 58 years for the post of Professor, as on the last date of receipt of application. Note: Reservation does not apply to posts filled on a deputation basis. Candidates should ensure that they meet the prescribed age limit as on the specified cut-off date. Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Matrix levels notified by the MoH&FW (INI-I Section), Government of India, vide Letter No. V-16020/28/2017-INI-I (Pt.), dated 23rd August 2018. Post: Pay Matrix Level and Minimum Pay Professor: Level 14-A; Minimum Pay Rs. 1,68,900/- (plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Additional Professor: Level 13-A2+; Minimum Pay Rs. 1,48,200/- (plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Associate Professor: Level 13-A1+; Minimum Pay Rs. 1,38,300/- (plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Assistant Professor: Level 12; Minimum Pay Rs. 1,01,500/- (plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only), with provision to move to Level 13 after three years All posts also carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government employees of similar status at AIIMS, Mangalagiri.

Selection Process
A duly constituted Standing Selection Committee will conduct the selection process for all posts. Interviews will be held at AIIMS Mangalagiri in a mode decided by the Executive Director. Candidates called for interview must produce all relevant original documents for verification and may be asked to submit an affidavit or declaration as decided by the institute. After document verification, the Standing Selection Committee will conduct the interview/selection process only for eligible candidates against the post applied for. Mere appearance in the interview does not confer any right to selection. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks (suitability standard) shown below to be considered for empanelment in order of merit. Post Category: Minimum Qualifying Marks UR/EWS: 50% OBC: 45% SC/ST: 40% PwBD: As per applicable category relaxation Candidates not scoring the minimum qualifying marks/suitability standard will not be considered for selection, irrespective of their merit position. No TA/DA is payable for appearing in the interview, and appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.
