Salary
Grade: Entry Level Pay Matrix | Basic Pay Professor: Level 14A | ₹1,68,900 Additional Professor: Level 13-A2+ | ₹1,48,200 Associate Professor: Level 13-A1+ | ₹1,38,300 Assistant Professor: Level 12 (moves to Level 13 after 3 years) | ₹1,01,500 (₹1,23,100 after 3 years) All grades carry usual allowances admissible to Central Government employees of similar status at Jodhpur, plus Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for medically qualified candidates only. Probation period is 2 years; employees are governed by the New Pension Scheme. Private practice of any kind is prohibited.

Selection Process
There is no written examination. Selection is through bio-data-based shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview at AIIMS Jodhpur. • Merely possessing the prescribed minimum qualification does not entitle a candidate to selection; the Selection Committee shortlists candidates for interview based on bio-data. • Shortlisted candidates must produce all original documents at the time of interview. • Interviews will be held at AIIMS Jodhpur; no TA/DA is paid for appearing. • Minimum interview cut-off marks: 60% for EWS/UR, 55% for OBC, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
