Selection Process
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis for a period of 11 months or till regular appointments against the same posts are made, whichever is earlier, and does not confer any right for regularization. • Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and interview/walk-in-interview as decided by AIIMS Deoghar. • No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification or interview. • The appointee will be on whole-time appointment and shall not accept any other assignment or engage in private practice during the contract period. • The contract can be terminated at any time by either side by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary without assigning any reason. • The appointee will not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance, Seniority, Promotion etc. available to regular Government servants.
