Age Limit
• Upper Age Limit: 45 years (age as on crucial date) • Upper age limit shall be determined as on the last date of submission of applications. • Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate only will be accepted for determining age; no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. • No age relaxation is available to reserved category candidates applying for unreserved vacancies. • Permissible relaxation of the upper age limit as per Government orders shall be allowed, subject to submission of documentary proof of the category under which age relaxation is sought.

Application Fee
• PwBD/SC/ST candidates: Exempted from payment of fee • All other categories: Rs. 1,000 + 18% GST = Rs. 1,180 • The application fee must be paid through NEFT to the bank account mentioned below. The fee is non-refundable. Candidates must upload proof of payment and also produce it at the time of the interview.
Selection Process
• Selection is through a Walk-in Interview, held at the Administrative Block, 3rd Floor, AIIMS Bilaspur, Kothipura, Himachal Pradesh-174037. • Candidates are not required to fill any online application form. • Candidates must appear physically before the interview board; no request for an online interview will be entertained. • Based on verification of original documents, the Screening Committee may shortlist candidates for the interview. • The decision of the Competent Authority, AIIMS Bilaspur, in this regard shall be final and binding. The offer of appointment, when made, will be provisional and subject to verification of credentials by the competent authority. • A wait list may be maintained. Any vacancy arising due to non-joining or resignation of selected candidates will be offered to candidates from the waiting list, according to merit.
How to Apply
• There is no online application form for this recruitment. Candidates must report in person. • Report at the Recruitment Cell, 3rd Floor, Administrative Block, AIIMS Bilaspur, Kothipura, Himachal Pradesh, on or before 09:00 AM on 21.07.2026. • Carry the duly filled and signed original application form, along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents and originals for verification. • Pay the applicable application fee via NEFT in advance and carry proof of payment to the interview. • Submit the Annexure-II Proforma/Checklist during document verification, which takes place before the interview. • Appear physically before the interview board. Candidates reporting after 10:00 AM will not be allowed.

The duly filled and signed original application form must be produced at the time of interview, along with one (1) set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents. Originals must be produced for verification at the time of the interview: • Degrees and Certificates • Mark sheets • Age proof • Caste certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS, as applicable) • PwBD certificate (if applicable) • Publications (Pub-Med, Non-PubMed), Awards, etc. (if any) • Annexure-II: Proforma/Checklist for the post of Senior Resident (filled and submitted during document verification) • MBBS degree certificate, Internship Completion Certificate • Qualifying degree certificate (MBBS/MD/MS/MDS/DNB/DM/M.Ch./M.Sc./Ph.D., as applicable) • Medical registration certificate • Date of Birth Certificate / 10th Standard Certificate • No Objection Certificate (NOC), for candidates working in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions, clearly stating that the candidate will be permitted to join AIIMS Bilaspur in the event of selection. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview only on production of the original NOC. Incomplete forms or applications without the required documents will not be considered for further processing.

• The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur, reserves the right to make amendments to, or cancel, the advertisement at any point without assigning any reason, and to fill up less or more posts than advertised, depending on institutional requirements. • Only candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree examination, and who will complete their tenure for the same on or before the crucial date, will be eligible. • Possessing the prescribed minimum qualification does not automatically entitle a candidate to selection. • Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
