• A Screening Committee checks the applications received by the last date. It looks at qualifications, age, academic record and relevant experience. Candidates who meet the advertised qualifications and experience may be screened in. • Screened-in candidates are called for a personal interview before a Selection Committee on the scheduled date and time. • The Selection Committee recommends a candidate or a panel of candidates, in order of merit, for appointment. Applying does not by itself mean you will be called for a test or interview.
