Selection Process
The selection process consists of shortlisting of applicants by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, keeping in view extant guidelines, followed by an interview.

Eligible candidates must follow these steps to submit their applications: • Download the prescribed application format from the Ministry of Civil Aviation website (Official Website). • Fill out the application form completely with accurate personal and professional details. • Attach a passport-size photograph and self-attested copies of documents supporting age, qualifications, and experience. • Candidates from Private Sector companies must attach annual reports for the 3 financial years preceding the calendar year, documentary proof of the company being listed or not, and evidence of working at Board level or immediately below. • Route the application through the proper channel based on employment status (Cadre Controlling Authority, Administrative Ministry, or concerned CPSE/SPSE). Private sector applicants may submit directly. • Ensure the complete application reaches the designated authority by post or hand delivery on or before 23.11.2026 (05:00 PM). Nodal officers must forward applications by 03.12.2026 (05:00 PM). Important Instructions
• Applications received after 23.11.2026 (05:00 PM) or incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. • An undertaking must be submitted with the application committing to join the post if selected. • Candidates who convey unwillingness to join after the interview or after receiving an appointment offer will face debarment for two years from being considered for Board-level posts in any CPSE. • No requests for relaxation regarding debarment rules will be entertained.
