Salary
Post Category: Pay Scale (IDA) | Approximate CTC (per annum) Manager (Group-A: E-3 level): Rs. 60,000 – 3% – 1,80,000 | ~Rs. 21 lakh Junior Executive (Group-B: E-1 level): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 | ~Rs. 14 lakh In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks (35% of Basic Pay), HRA, and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits are admissible as per AAI Rules. Pay protection is provided as per DPE Guidelines for candidates joining from other CPSEs/State PSUs/Government Departments through proper channel.
Application Fee
• Application Fee: Rs. 1,000 (inclusive of GST), payable through online mode only. • SC candidates, ST candidates, PwBD candidates, Women candidates, and AAI Apprentices who have completed 1 year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI are exempt from the fee. • Fee can be paid via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances; duplicate payments will be refunded after the closing date. • Candidates can apply for multiple posts with separate registration and separate fee payment for each post.

How to Apply
• Visit the official website: www.aai.aero and go to the "CAREERS" tab. • Keep ready a valid personal email ID, mobile number, scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per specifications. • Fill in the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details. • Upload all required documents as per the eligibility criteria for the post. • Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000 online (if applicable), using the integrated payment gateway. • Verify all details carefully before final submission, as no changes are possible after submitting. • Take a printout of the e-Receipt and the online application form containing fee details, for your own record (no need to send it to AAI). • Regularly check your registered email (including spam folder) and the AAI website for admit card and further updates.

• Scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration (as per prescribed specifications) • Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets • Caste Certificate [SC/ST/OBC(NCL)], valid for FY 2026-27, where applicable • EWS Certificate, valid for FY 2026-27, where applicable • Disability Certificate (generated through Swavalamban/UDID portal) for PwBD candidates • Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen candidates • Experience Certificate and supporting documents proving the nature and duration of work experience • Apprentice Certificate from AAI, where applicable • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer, for candidates already working in Central/State Government, Autonomous Body, or PSU
Important Instructions
• Only Indian Nationals fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply. • Age, qualification, experience, and all other eligibility criteria will be reckoned as on 07 September 2026 (cut-off date). • Candidates should apply only if the final result of their required qualification has already been declared; there is no relaxation on this account. • OBC (NCL), EWS, SC/ST, and Disability certificates must be valid and in the prescribed Government of India format, produced at the time of Application Verification/Interview. • Candidates can apply for multiple posts, with separate registration and fee payment for each post. • Furnishing wrong or false information will lead to disqualification, and AAI will not be responsible for any consequence of such information. • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Computer Based Test. • The Computer Based Test will be bilingual (Hindi and English), except for the language test itself. • AAI reserves the right to modify, alter, restrict, enlarge, or cancel the recruitment process at any time without prior notice. • Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Delhi.
